Education from the mainstream beauty industry and brands is systemically redlined to excluded Black salons, never making it to many Black stylists. This has led to Black artists having less opportunities to learn about color, straighter textures, and business development. The mission of the REPAIRations arm of education is to level the playing field for Black artists by helping to make them competitive and competent in serving all textures of hair.

The REPAIRations library is made in collaboration with industry influencers, educators, business coaches, social media strategists, brand partners and more.
