Build Power. Share Knowledge. Lead the Future.
We are at a moment where our industry needs more than talent — it needs community, leadership, and collective power. That’s why I am excited to share that we are launching a professional association built for us, by us — a network of stylists, educators, and innovators who believe in our black artistry and economic empowerment.
A movement-driven network for Black stylists, artists, educators, and brands — building equity, cultural visibility, and generational wealth in beauty.
We are:
-
Black-Focused: Built for Black pros and Black-owned brands.
-
Legacy-Driven: Rooted in the spirit of Black Wall Street, creating generational wealth through beauty.
-
Exchange-Minded: Connecting artistry, education, and economic opportunity.

Build With Me!Why Legacy en  Black Exchange
For too long, Black beauty professionals have been essential to the culture yet excluded from the power, profits, and platforms of the industry. Legacy & Black Exchange, powered by TVR, exists to change that.
Â
Curated Network
This community will be a place where you can access education, build authentic connections, and stand alongside other professionals who are shaping the future of beauty. It will also be a platform where our voices carry weight with brands, institutions, and decision-makers. Together, we are building not just careers, but legacy.
Â
Cultural Credibility
Founding Members will be the first to shape the vision, to access opportunities, and to put their names on something that is bigger than any one of us — a community that will revitalize our industry and contribute to rebuilding the spirit of Black Wall Street.
