WHY
T E X T U R E vs Race is on a mission to elevate the industry through education for ALL hairdressers about ALL textures. While we are educating the masses on texture we must be intentional about cross-pollination. We must also address the mutual lack of education for the black stylist when styling straighter textures of hair. I’m sure you must agree that there is no shortage of “white hair education”, but there is a shortage of accessibility to the community that brands benefit from. The black community is a very underserved market.

So what’s the answer?
I would like to present the "repHAIRations". It is s the time for all of us to do what we can to REPAIR our industry and serve REPARATIONS to the community that has been historically underserved and disproportionately educated. The Black stylist must learn to be multi-textural and diversify their spaces as well. We are providing a program that has never been done before under unprecedented terms. Let's give back to this community and level the playing field.
